Hello!
During the wednesday morning we had a network issue on our OVH link. This issue started at 7:56 GMT+2 and was caused by our network operator rebooting our router to rescue mode, without our permission. We never gave permission for such a procedure, and this was done against our will.
We are going through the situation with our operator and trying to find out why this happened. This should have never happened in the first place.
Net9 Oy apologizes for any inconvenience caused. A lot of you are probably angry because of this interruption and you have a right to feel so. This shouldn't happen and we are very sorry we let you down.
